Lyrics

It’s a small town
sunday morning
you can hear them folks down at the cafe
talkin’ talkin'
talkin’ talkin’
til' the coffee cups rattle
and the windows shake

Industry
It’s moving in
And they’re making a killing!
We got a government working for them,
it’s not working for you and me
it’s working for industry

This is our town
These are our farms
this is our air
generations on down
it’s not your land
no it’s not yours to take
you should listen listen
listen listen
it ain't your ground to break

Industry
It’s moving in
And they’re making a killing!
We got a government working for them,
it’s not working for you and me
it’s working for industry

Oh the water’s on fire
The waters on fire
waters on fire
fire!

Industry
It’s moving in
And they’re making a killing!
We got a government working for them,
it’s not working for you and me
it’s working for industry

It ain’t your ground break!
