Hello Friends!

Hope you had a groovy 4th of July weekend. I'm writing you from a campsite in Bend, OR, where I'm on a mosquito killing rampage (sound familiar? grrr.) and my computer is about to die. At least I have cell service and wireless internet. Life is strange. I wanted to tell you about my pacific northwest tour that's happening this week, as well as the ongoing fundraiser / pre-order party for my new disc. I owe gratitute to Tim and the Groovefest team for hosting us last week in the beautiful Cedar City. We had a great time, and hope that those of you who missed it will plan far ahead for next year's most groovy roots music event.

I'm having a FUNDRAISER / PRE-ORDER PARTY for the new CD!

Your donation of $25 or more helps to fund the artwork, printing and mastering of the new studio record, Mirror The Branches.

In exchange for you donation, you will be granted instant access to download the complete album (mp3 format).  Plus, a hard copy will be mailed to you in September.

Mirror The Branches features 10 new songs, including favorites Strange Summer Snow and Ireland. Inspired by great American poets from Whitman to Masters, the record is a lyrically rich and subtly produced album, featuring special guest David Rynhart on many of the tracks. Also on the record is my cover of David Rynhart's Midnight Molasses, and David and I singing a duet version of the old English folk ballad, The House Carpenter.

Many thanks for your continued support of homegrown music,

Gabrielle Louise
